When you fill out a form on this website (contact, reservation, backyard inquiry, catering inquiry), we collect what you type into it: name, email, phone, event details, message. That's it. We do not collect anything you don't enter yourself.
Our website uses Google Fonts (which logs IP addresses for font-loading) and a Google Maps embed (which behaves the same way). Both are subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not run any other tracking or advertising scripts on this site.
We use what you submit to reply to your inquiry. That's the whole point of asking for it. We do not sell, share, or trade your information with third parties for marketing.
If you book through Reserve with Google, your reservation is processed by Google (or whichever Free Booking provider is connected to our Google Business Profile) under their own terms.
If you order through DoorDash or Uber Eats, those are separate services with separate privacy policies.
By entering The Pub 529 (15444 FM 529, Houston, TX 77095) you consent to photography on the premises that may be used for promotion. For close-up or face-centered shots we always ask first. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, let any staff member know.
The venue uses standard security cameras for the safety of staff and guests. Footage is retained per industry norms and only reviewed when necessary.
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The Google Fonts CDN, Google Maps embed, and any reservation/booking widgets we embed in the future may set their own cookies under Google's policies.
You can ask us to delete information you submitted via a form by emailing info@thepub529.com. We'll do so within a reasonable time unless we're legally required to keep it (e.g., for tax records or pending event contracts).
If you're a Texas resident under Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) or another applicable privacy law, those rights apply. Email us with any request.
This website isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the footer for at least 30 days.
