Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026.
By using thepub529.com you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date above tells you when.
We do our best to keep hours, menus, prices, and event information accurate. Things change. Hours may shift for holidays or private events. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. For anything time-sensitive (today's hours, tonight's lineup, current crawfish pricing), the source of truth is calling us at (832) 427-1061.
Reservations made through Reserve with Google or our reservation form are requests, not guarantees, until you receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel reservations at our discretion (capacity, private event, weather, anything reasonable). If we cancel, we'll notify you as quickly as possible.
Private event bookings (birthdays, weddings, corporate, concerts) are governed by the signed event contract you receive after we accept your inquiry. The website's general descriptions are not the contract — the contract is the contract. A 25% deposit holds the date; specific cancellation, refund, and minimum-spend terms are in the contract.
Catering quotes provided over email are valid for the timeframe stated in the quote. Acceptance of a catering order means agreeing to the terms in that quote (lead time, deposit, cancellation window).
Orders placed through DoorDash or Uber Eats are governed by their terms, not ours. We're responsible for the food we prepare and hand off; the platforms are responsible for delivery, billing, and order issues that arise after the bag leaves the kitchen.
By entering The Pub 529 you agree to:
For private events, the host is responsible for the conduct of their guests under the event contract.
The Pub 529 name, logo, and all original content on this website are owned by The Pub 529 / its operating entity. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
This website and its contents are provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or relying on its information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
